Background<\/strong><\/p>\n

Steve laid the foundation for his credentials through the completion of his Certified Accountant (ACCA) degree from Leeds Beckett University and an MBA from Cranfield\/University of Washington. From there he entered the field of management consulting, first with KPMG and then with PA Consulting.
He set up his own companies\u2014Edengene (2000) and Leaders Reloaded (2003)\u2014whose strategies included helping large organisations set up new businesses and leaders revitalise their leadership. From 2004 to 2007, Steve was Managing Partner at worldwide executive search firm, Heidrick & Struggles.
In 2009, he co-founded Xinfu to offer his wealth of over twenty years of experience as a personal confidant to CEOs, a position that allows him to continue to follow his passions.
Steve is particularly focused on forging links between Chinese and Western CEOs.
