Standard Itinerary

7 Day/6 Nights at Casa de Influencia

Enjoy an amazing week at Casa de Influencia as the home base for your own private small group retreat or conference. 

Below is our standard itinerary for a 1 week retreat including excursions and half-board.   (Note: Casa de Influencia also offers a personalized experience depending on your needs and desires.  The below itinerary is our most popular.)

Day 1

Puerto Vallarta – Arrival

Upon arrival into Puerto Vallarta, transportation will be waiting for you to take you to Casa de Influencia.**  After you are settled into your room you can start to explore the Old Town and the many Galleries, Artisan stores, boutiques and restaurants. We are located a short 5 minute stroll to the Malecon and Beach, the famous homes of Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton and the Mirador Lookout.  We will prepare a delicious dinner for you which you can eat under the stars on our roof-top garden with a beautiful view of the ocean.  This will be our first opportunity to introduce each other and start to make meaningful connections with other like-minded people. Day 2

Workshop 1

After a delicious breakfast, we start the retreat with our first workshop. (2 to 4 hours) This will be followed by a walking tour of the area where you can enjoy lunch on the Malecon and time to relax on the beach.  Return in time for the Pirate Ship Fireworks viewed from our roof-top and a light dinner. Day 3

Workshop 2

After breakfast, we continue the retreat with a morning workshop, (2 to 4 hours) and lunch on the rooftop.  After a siesta, we can enjoy  the local art scene with the Art Walk tour right in our neighbourhood before continuing down to the Malecon for dinner.    (B,L)

Day 4

Southern Beach Trip / Workshop 3

We depart after breakfast for a half day excursion to visit the beautiful southern beaches. Discover three of Puerto Vallarta’s top natural attractions in a single day as we take you by car through the lush jungle road to Los Arcos National Marine Park, the famous rocks that have 17 Ley lines that cross at this point, creating a deeply spiritual place. Enjoy the local artisan market stalls, fresh coconut water and a unique photo opportunity at this special location. We then head to Las Palmares beach and seafood restaurant for lunch and time at your leisure to walk the beach or swim in the sheltered bay. You’ll escape the crowds and enjoy unique views of the jungle coastline of the south. Return mid-afternoon for a late afternoon workshop session and a light dinner before winding down for the evening at Casa de Influencia.  (B, Light Dinner)

Day 5

Workshop 4, 5 

After breakfast, we continue the retreat with a morning workshop, (2 to 4 hours) lunch on the rooftop and an afternoon session. (2 to 4 hours)  The evening is free to explore Puerto Vallarta by night. (B,L)

Day 6

Brunch, Workshop 6 and Salsa Farewell Party 

After a well deserved sleep-in, we head out for a short walk to La Capella for Brunch and entertainment.  La Capella offers a unique experience at this opulent open air restaurant with a beautiful view of the Lady of Guadalupe church and the Bay of Banderas.  Enjoy a limitless brunch as you are entertained by local singers and musicians. 

After brunch visit the local artisan market for souvenirs.  We then gather one last time for the final workshop mid-afternoon.

The evening begins with a Free salsa class and then salsa music on the rooftop patio.  Relax, dance, watch the sunset and enjoy a delicious farewell dinner.   (Brunch, D)
