Our Solution
If you have small groups of 10 to 20 guests and want an environment where your groups can learn, share and collaborate without distraction, Casa de Influencia is the right place on a daily, weekly or residential basis. We can host your group in our beautiful boardroom featuring a 4 metre Parota Wood Table or the Ocean view lower terrace. Our Oceanview Rooftop features a large wooden dance floor, bar, stage and garden seating.
We have 5, 2 bedroom apartments and many rooms have unobstructed views of the ocean, offering an authentic Mexican vibe with our Frida inspired interior design.
The Puerto Vallarta area is a popular destination because of the natural beauty of the jungles, sandy beaches and spectacular sunsets. More than that, it has a unique high-vibrational energy created by the loving people and the cultural immersion experience of Mexico.
The center is located in the heart of the art district in the El Cerro (the Hill) Old Town area, and a 5 minute stroll to art galleries, the art museum, live music venues and the opulent homes of Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. Enjoy first-class restaurants, the ornate Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe Church, unique boutique stores and bistros, cobblestone streets and a unique charm as you stroll down the Malecon—a beach-side promenade with contemporary sculptures. For a truly immersive experience, wander the local farmers markets and enjoy the talented musicians who perform in the many venues, often with no cover charge.

Gorgeous space- with ocean views, spacious, comfortable rooms
I love it here!
Casa de Influencia was a blast. The experience was well worth the last minute passport to go there and really see the city for myself. Julie is a great host and has her staff dedicate so much time to hospitality. The neighbors were great and street itself served as safe route to travel from. I was really impressed with the heavy bolted door in the front and the doors to each one. We all had the option to lock our doors and it truly felt like an apartment that you could call your own. It actually felt it was like my apartment for a week. The aides and staff were spot on rather it was Mexican food or their will to please the guests. The airport everyone had a ride when flew in and personal acknowledgment to Mateo for his excellent driving to trips at airport and driving on our excursions. There was so much planned activities that it keeps you busy if you choose you go. The best thing of the entire trip was seeing the Mexican culture of Puerta Vallarta. Every activities planned was perfect showing the interesting cultural experiences that Mexico has to offer. In fact, I would say it was better than some tourist hotels where they charge overpriced activities and show you the tourist traps. I would go back, and actually at one point I thought about staying in the city. Hey, if you are working and think you can’t go think again. The retreat was work related and they give quiet spaces to work and even studios with lights to take calls and interviews on microphones. I was able to record 11 episodes for my podcast, MC Anime Podcast. There will be forms to reserve studios ahead so please reserve one for yourself and studio 3 is the largest studio. I highly recommended Casa De Influencia to those wanting safety in Mexico, clean apartment with individual doors to lock, authentic Mexican food and culture, great staff, and more importantly a retreat where you can take work with you. Plus, the amenities like hot tub, finished roof, free wifi, towels, kitchen staff, and more are available. Please take the time to experience Casa de Influencia for your next vacation or retreat.
